Our Model T friends told us "You Can't Have Just One". I wanted a Model T Speedster to use on Speedster Tours. We Found this 1921 Speedster for sale. Roger Brown and his wife Beryl, of Portland Oregon, were selling their Speedster It turned out that we could not pass up the deal. That is Roger behind the wheel of the Speedster. We took two days to drive to Portland and three days to drive home. Here I am loading the Speedster in Portland. Whenever we stopped on the way home, we drew a crowd. The Speedster gets lots of attention. While I was at Lassen College taking some more gunsmithing courses, Nancy entered the Speedster in the Red Rock Roadrunners Car Show. Here is another picture of the Speedster at the Car Show. Nancy did a write up about the 1909 New York to Seattle race so people would know about the history of the Model T and the Speedster. Here we are in the Fourth-of-July parade here in Kanab. The picture was taken by Barry Glazier. Mr. Glazier, besides owning Glaziers Family Market, is by far the best photographer in this part of Utah. |
